Hi, Greeting from Malang, East Java Province, Indonesia. My name is Haryo Bagus Handoko, I am a writer dan freelance journalist for many media and also online journalist in Indonesia. I start writing about anything since I was in elementary school and became more keen in writing when I was in University, studying Agribusiness. In that time, I keep writing and produce many articles and make journals whether for our University magazine (student press body) as well as for many media such as newspaper and magazines in Indonesia. At first, I like to write because I enjoy to read just about everything. Then, it turns out to be a habit or much like a hobby to me. If you read a lot, then you have many things in your head then sometimes it all need to be written or spoken, or just to share it with anyone, or at least sometimes you just want to make a point. Your imagination become more wild and wish to create more ideas, new things that need to be written, so in the end you can have such a great experience in writing process itself as well as in knowing how people react about your writings. It's cool and fun! When I was a student in University, I must say that in that time, I was a moody writer that sometimes just so lazy to produce more articles, but in the other day, I can be the enthusiast person that can produce more and more articles in one single day. I joined university magazine (student press body/organization) in that time, for a simple cause: I just wanna have fun and great time hanging out and talk a lot, have a little chat with my friends, that's all! Remembering that time, I was just like an ice breaker or someone that keeping cheer my friends up when they all are getting so tense and cranky when the deadline is so short and we almost did not completed the magazine materials in the last moment. But fortunately, with all that kind of difficulty, we still have ideas, strong motivation and make a hardwork in the last minute, so the university magazine still be published on time! Well, since then I realize that to be punctual and make such a great writings, you should make strong efforts to make it happened. After I graduated from university, I still keen in make more articles and wish that someday I can be such a good writer. I work as freelance writer for many magazines, newspaper and sometimes become a web content writer for many website on the internet. Although my education background is majoring in Agribusiness, but I also write about anything, from technology, fiction, culinaire, health, nutrition, to write a poems/poetry.
I like write just about everything - everything around me that interest me most. Many of my writings have been published in many media, from Indonesian national newspaper to any magazines in Indonesia. You also can find my writings in books that have been published in Indonesia. My books basically are combination between my hobby in writing and journalism as well as my hobby in photography. I enjoy photography as much as I enjoy writing. I hope that my photos illustrations will help readers to understand and comprehend anything that I wrote in my books. Many people said that visual communication is better than written communication, but in my humble opinion, I think that both of those aspects are the utmost important to help readers to gain enjoyable reading and easily comprehend about the books that they read. I still write and write until now and wish to keep writing activities as a habit and give my best in make more articles in many magazines, newspaper and I write more books. Meanwhile, I can get enough in keep writing and make many review about tourism, health, food, and life style. There are so many things that I wish to write. Many of my articles have been published in Indonesian national magazines or newspaper. But I also have more articles that you can read it directly through my blogs which available for everyone. I also wish to get to know more with anyone, and make friendship and networking with as many as other writers around the globe as well as many international media that interested to employ me or have some writing project in the near future. I just hope someday there will be publishing companies outside Indonesia (overseas publishing companies) from any overseas country that interested translate my books or offer me the opportunity to write books and being published internationally. PHOTOGRAPHY I like photography as much as writing. When I'm traveling, I usually bring my pocket camera with me, in case there are some object that interest me. I have some photos that I upload in my facebook. Photography is make my writings have more soul. SHORT STORIES
In my spare times, I also write simple short stories, in Bahasa Indonesia. Mostly about life and people, social life, poverty, love, affection, tragedy and many things in life that sometimes can surprise you, wether in such a good way or in the contrary, in a bad and worse way. People love surprise, whether is good or bad. That's why horror or thriller movie become so popular. So, I try to write that kinda stuff, about unfair life, poverty, cruel people, sorrow, and more. But, I also love to write about the good life, like love, affection, friendship, adventure, and fairy tales. Everything about fairy tales have fascinated me. Even I am not a child anymore, but I still like reading fairytales books, children stories, love to watch many illustration on children book. It's all beautiful and lovely. It's all inspired me to write it as a short stories. Even I am not the best, but I still work it on to be a good and better writer that can bring such a happiness, joyful or even sadness to my reader after read my writings... [read]

SATELLITE TECHNOLOGY Today's super highway technology have interest me to write little review about satellite TV technology in my blog. Here, I explain about satellite dish, satellite frequencies, and some peripherals that you should know before you buy satellite dish and all gadgets that related to. There are as many as more than 20 satellites above Indonesian sky, and therefore we are as Indonesian should know and take many advantages from it in order to gain more knowledge about science, cultures, and entertainment from other countries whether in the same region (south east asia) as well as from other countries outside the region.
I found myself enjoying watching satellite television through satellite dish in my spare time, especially before my bedtime. Because of this, at least I know several things about satellite dish, satellite TV signal and how to grab those signal and watch it through your TV or even on your PC.
